Job Summary/Objective

Seeking a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance the quality of life for our patients. You will work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality hands-on care.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
Plan of Care: Develop customized treatment plans (exercises, manual therapy, stimulation) based on patient needs and goals.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely patient records, including documentation of progress, SOAP notes, and treatment plans.
Patient Education: Educate patients and their families regarding the recovery process, at-home exercises, and safe mobility techniques.
Collaboration: Coordinate with physicians, surgeons, and nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications

Licensure: Active Physical Therapist license in [State].
Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
Experience: 2 years of experience preferred
