REQUIREMENTS:

* Current LPN license in NC

* Previous experience in behavioral health or long-term care preferred

* Current BLS certification

* Strong observational, organizational, and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic care setting

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Administer medications or delegate to qualified UAPs (CMA, RMA, med aide, med tech)

* Conduct physical health assessments and screenings; obtain samples as needed

* Communicate with MD/NP/PA for medical orders

* Provide individual, group, and family education on medications and health processes

* Document care and support activities in the EHR

* Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and case support

* Maintain patient confidentiality and caution staff on potential breaches

* Provide crisis intervention consultation to team members

* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
