Required Qualifications
Surgical Technologist, CVOR
Experience: 2 years
Travel Experience: 1 assignment in General, AMN Travel
Certifications: BLS(Copy needed); CERT-NBSTSA- CST(Copy needed); CERT-NCCT - TS-C(Copy needed)
On Call: Required
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year 6 week Rapid Response contract. No time off requests. Traveler must start within 7 days of receiving offer. AMN travel experience within the last 12 months REQUIRED
