Requirements
Active RN license

Recent outpatient or clinic experience preferred

Strong communication and assessment skills

Ability to work a full 5‑day schedule

Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN required

Active MA RN license

3–5 years clinical research or clinical research nursing experience

Experience with interventional, full‑cycle clinical trials

Preferred experience in oncology, hematology, sickle cell, amyloidosis, or cancer‑related trials

Ability to manage patient‑facing clinical trial responsibilities, including consent discussions, study visits, and protocol compliance

Strong skills in patient care and infusion support

Ability to follow and evaluate 4–6 study patients per day

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry/reporting (REDCap experience a plus)

Strong communication, patient‑education, and organizational skills

Must maintain confidentiality and follow all research compliance standards

Ability to start as early as 7 AM depending on patient scheduling

BLS required
