Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care setting. The RN will be responsible for assessing resident needs, administering treatments, coordinating care plans, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents.

Job Details:

Per diem 8hours shift
Double shift is okay if available
7a-3p, 3p-11p and 11p-7a shifts
MA license required
BLS/CPR required

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in SNF/LTC settings
Assess resident conditions and monitor changes in health status
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs as needed
Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and safety standards
Document resident care accurately and in a timely manner
