We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our busy 21-bed Renal Med-Surg unit specializing in the care of patients with acute and chronic kidney disease, post-dialysis needs, and complex medical-surgical conditions. This high-acuity unit manages a diverse patient population requiring continuous monitoring, frequent assessments, and multidisciplinary coordination. The ideal candidate is confident in managing renal-related complications while thriving in a fast-paced environment with high patient turnover.

Active Ohio RN license
Current BLS certification
Minimum 3 years of recent Med-Surg and Telemetry experience (renal experience strongly preferred)
Proven ability to independently read and interpret telemetry strips
Epic EMR proficiency
