Eligibility & Disclosure
Must be W2 with TOPTAL Care, minimum 36 hrs/week, valid tax home for stipends

Long Term Care
Schedule: Every other weekend required
Must be willing to float to all units within the same building
Guaranteed hours: 37.5 per week
Experience: Minimum 1 year required
Certification: BLS required
License: Active NY LPN license required
Unit size: 40 beds
Patient populations: Medical-Surgical, Orthopedic, Dementia, and Memory Care
EMR system: PointClick Care
Consistent employment history with no unexplained gaps exceeding 60 days.
Professional references and a badge-ready photo must be provided.
