StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 9 D Pay Rate: $1782.00 - $1892.00

This outstanding unit, based in exciting Brooksville is looking for the right Case Manager RN to join their team of compassionate and driven health care professionals. - 250+ bed community hospital using Meditech charting. - Each year this facility treats over 35K patients through their ED, and performs over 8,000 inpatient and outpatient surgical procedures. - Gulf Coast location, about 70 miles north of St Petersburg

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, Case Manager
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS-AHA
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Preferred Qualifications
ACM or CCM
Meditech
MIDAS
HCA experience
