Registered Nurse – Case Management- Case Manager - Travel - (CM RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1994.00 - $2117.00

RN Case Manager needed for 425-bed teaching hospital located across three campuses; Accredited Chest Pain Center and a Certified Advanced Primary Stroke Center Facility is in a gorgeous Gulf Coast location just south of Clearwater

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, Case Manager
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year

Proficient with Meditech and MIDAS
Recent hospital based CM experience
Discharge planning experience

FACILITY LOCATION
A beautiful 150 acre Botanical Garden represents Florida’s extensive native and tropical plants and has amazed all those who go visit the garden.
