Pay Details:

For Local Candidates pay rate: $54 to $58 /hr (If your permanent address is within 50 miles from the facility)

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50-mile radius from the facility):

Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $56.00
Weekly Pay Rate (W2): $1,680.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $17.13
Minimum Hourly Stipend: $38.87
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $513.90
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,166.10
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $1,680.00
For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Hourly Pay Rate (1099): $58.00
Weekly Pay Rate (1099): $1,740.00

Job Summary

The Outpatient Infusion/Oncology RN provides specialized nursing care to oncology, hematology, and infusion patients in an outpatient cancer center setting. Responsibilities include administering chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and non-oncology infusions, monitoring patient responses, performing therapeutic phlebotomy and injections, educating patients and families, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe, high-quality treatment delivery.

• Active RN license in the applicable state
• BLS certification required
• Chemotherapy certification required (ONS/ONCC)
• OCN certification preferred
• Previous outpatient infusion or oncology experience required
• Inpatient oncology RN experience may be considered
• Experience with chemotherapy and immunotherapy administration required
• IM and subcutaneous injection experience required
• Therapeutic phlebotomy experience required
• Strong patient assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to workday shifts Monday–Friday with flexibility to stay until the last patient is seen
• Experience caring for hematology/oncology and specialty infusion patients preferred
