REQUIREMENTS:

* Master's Degree (minimum) and/or Doctorate in Nursing - [REQUIRED]
* NNP - Board Certified - [REQUIRED] (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications)
* FL License (or willing to obtain) - [REQUIRED]
* Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - [REQUIRED] * no exemption, required at presentation
* Current 2+ years of employment experience as NNP (not including RN experience) - [REQUIRED]
* DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - [REQUIRED] * no exemptions
* Must have a minimum of a Master's Degree in Nursing and/or DNP; Current 2+ years' experience as NNP (not including RN)
* Board Certified
