Description

Position: Registered Nurse – Case Management
Location: Madison, WI 53711
Employment Type: Contract
Hours: 40 hours/week
Shift: 8-Hour Day Shifts
Start Date: ASAP

Job Highlights:
No weekends, holidays, or on-call.
RN Case Manager for the Care Group covering the Verona territory.
Hospice experience required (1–2 years).
Homecare experience considered if candidate has Epic EMR experience.

Requirements

Active Wisconsin RN License (or Compact License)
1–2 years of hospice or homecare experience
