Registered Nurse – Med-Surg/Telemetry

We are seeking qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) – Med-Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week contract assignment in Cleveland, Ohio. Candidates should have at least one year of relevant nursing experience, strong patient assessment skills, and the ability to provide safe, high-quality care in a medical-surgical or telemetry setting.

Key Responsibilities

Assess patients and monitor their clinical conditions.

Provide nursing care to patients with medical-surgical and telemetry needs.

Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes in patients’ conditions.

Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.

Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.

Educate patients and families about treatment plans and ongoing care.

Follow infection prevention procedures, patient safety standards, and clinical policies.

Participate in required weekend and holiday rotations.

Candidate Pay Package – Travel
• Taxable Rate: $32/hour
• Weekly Taxable Pay: $1,152 based on 36 hours
• Lodging Stipend: Up to $167/day × 7 days = $1,169/week
• Meals & Incidentals (M&IE): Up to $80/day × 7 days = $560/week
• Approved Weekly Travel Reimbursements: Up to $1,349/week
• Maximum Weekly Gross: Up to $2,501/week

Local Candidate Package
• Hourly Rate: $66/hour, fully taxable
• Weekly Gross: $2,376 based on 36 hours

Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg or Telemetry nursing experience.

Candidates with less than 1 year of experience will not be considered.

Active Ohio RN license required.

Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required.

BSN or another recognized professional nursing certification preferred.

Strong clinical judgment, communication, assessment, and teamwork skills.

Ability to work day or night shifts as assigned.
