REQUIREMENTS:

* Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor of Science in nursing is preferred
* Experience: Leadership experience within the last 2 years. Training and experience in Emergency Department setting
* Licenses/Certifications: Current Colorado RN license (or compact state RN license)
* 5+ years of experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* As the Nurse Manager Emergency & Trauma you'll be responsible for the supervision of patient care, nursing staff and ED operations.
* You will partner with the Director of Patient Care Services to support and provide oversight of daily operations in the Emergency Department.
* Must be adept at people leadership as well as have the ability to take bedside shifts as needed.
