Job Description:

Join a respected regional hospital in Great Bend, Kansas, providing high-quality patient-centered care across a dynamic Medical/Surgical unit. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Med/Surg RNs looking to expand their skill set in a supportive, fast-paced environment where teamwork and clinical excellence come first.

As a Med/Surg RN, you’ll care for diverse patient populations, manage complex medication drips (Heparin, Insulin, Amiodarone, Cardizem), and perform continuous monitoring to ensure safe recovery. Ideal candidates are adaptable, confident, and ready to contribute to a strong multidisciplinary care team.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg hospital experience

Active RN License (KS or Compact)

Certifications Required: BLS & ACLS

Preferred Experience: Handling drips such as Heparin, Insulin, Amiodarone, and Cardizem

Weekend Rotation: 2 weekends per month

On-Call: 1 shift per month

Holiday Rotation: Required

Floating: Within scope as needed
