Job Description:
Join the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team at Olathe, KS , a 300-bed acute care facility providing advanced medical services in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. This high-acuity unit offers an excellent opportunity for experienced critical care nurses to expand their clinical skills while working with complex and diverse patient populations.

You’ll manage critical conditions requiring close observation and intervention, including CRRT, Bipaps, chest tubes, PICC lines, and lab draws. Nurses are expected to conduct their own codes, handle consults independently, and float to ICU and other inpatient units as needed. This role is ideal for confident RNs ready to step into a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recent Critical Care/ICU or PCU experience
Active RN license (KS or Compact)
Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke
Floating: ICU, Med/Surg, Tele, and ED (if prior experience)
Weekend Rotation: Every Other Weekend
On-Call: None
Holiday Requirements: Must be available for Christmas Eve/Day and New Year’s Eve/Day coverage
