Registered Nurse – Case Management- Case Manager - Travel - (CM RN)
StartDate: 4/13/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2886.00 - $3065.00

Inpatient Continuing Care Responsibilities: responsible for providing discharge planning and care management services for acute care patients at Virginia Hospital Center Inpatient Continuing Care at VHC Responsibilities': responsible for providing discharge planning and care management services for acute care patients at Virginia Hospital Center Float department (if needed): Holy Cross Hospital-Silver Spring/Holy Cross hospital-Germantown PEDS exp or Med/Surg  or Tele  ICU/CCU  or  PCU 

Required Qualifications
CLNs will be required to document in both Kaiser and VHC Epic charts

Inpatient Continuing Care at VHC
Must Be able to Document into TWO EMR SYSTEMS.
VERY DEMANDING FACILITY
Fast paced envoriment must be ablt o work independently and self motivated.
