REQUIREMENTS:

* Valid and active Occupational Therapy State license.
* CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross (with AED).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Evaluate patients' physical and cognitive abilities and their surroundings to identify limitations and set goals.
* Create customized treatment plans and apply diverse therapeutic methods to improve daily life skills.
* Provide guidance on adaptive tools and assistive devices.
* Educate patients and families on independence and condition management strategies.
* Continuously assess and document patient progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
