Overview:
Advantage Staffing Services is seeking skilled and compassionate Corrections RNs to provide nursing care for the inmate patient population in Syracuse and sister facilities. This is a unique opportunity to deliver healthcare to a population that often has limited prior access, managing a wide variety of health concerns from minor ailments to major and atypical conditions.

Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care using the nursing process in triage, assessment, and treatment.
Promote and improve overall health of inmate patients.
Utilize professional training and facility resources according to regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with security and healthcare staff to ensure safe and effective care.
Document patient care accurately and timely.

Requirements:
Active RN license (NY preferred)
Current BLS certification
