We are seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care. This leadership role is accountable for the daily operations of a nursing department on a 24-hour basis. You will assist the Director in strategic planning, program implementation, and staff development. Key responsibilities include monitoring patient outcomes, overseeing team performance, ensuring policy compliance, and fostering an environment of continuous clinical improvement.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.


• Valid RN License (State or Compact).


• 2+ years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.


• BLS Certification required.


• Previous Lead or healthcare management experience preferred.
