Shift: 07:30 PM – 18:00 AM \ Tuesday – Thursday
Guaranteed Hours: 30 Hours

Pay Details:

For Local Candidates pay rate: $58 to $64 /hr (If your permanent address is within 50 miles from the facility)

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50-mile radius from the facility):

Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2) : $60.00
Weekly Pay Rate (W2): $1,800.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $17.13
Minimum Hourly Stipend: $42.87
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $513.90
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,286.10
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $1,800.00

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Hourly Pay Rate (1099): $64.00
Weekly Pay Rate (1099): $1,920.00
Job Summary:

The Labor and Delivery RN provides specialized nursing care in an outpatient Birth and Family Clinic setting, supporting pregnant patients through assessment, triage, monitoring, education, and coordination of care. Responsibilities include interpreting lab results, monitoring maternal and fetal well-being, performing pain assessments, documenting in EPIC, and collaborating with providers to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. This role requires strong Labor and Delivery experience and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.

• Active RN license in the applicable state
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient clinic experience required
• Labor and Delivery nursing background required
• Ambulatory triage experience preferred
• Experience managing higher patient ratios preferred
• Proficiency in triage, pain assessment, pulse oximetry, vital signs, lab interpretation, and EFM use required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Willingness to float within skillset as needed
• First-time travelers accepted
