Located in Fremont, CA, this medical facility was recently awarded “Top Performer on Key Quality Measures” and has been nationally-recognized by the American College of Surgeons National Surgical Quality Improvement Program. In addition, this facility has received Advanced Certification in Stroke (Primary Stroke Center) from the Joint Commission.
