ALL TRAVELER ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF THE COMPLETED COVID VACCINATIONS. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE: Current Hawaii State license as a Respiratory Therapist. Bachelors degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field preferred. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Current CPR certification at the Health Care Professional (BLS) level and Advanced Cardiopulmonary Life Support (ACLS). Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred.EXPERIENCE: Prior clinical experience in a critical care setting. Prior experience with adult and pediatric population. PARKING: Punchbowl campus: Parking is not approved for on the Punchbowl campus. If the traveler elects to park on campus at Punchbowl, it will be at their expense. Parking on campus can run up to $50/day. Traveler can elect to park at the Neal Blaisdell Center at a cost of $7/day. If wearing their Queens-issued badge, they can catch the Employee Shuttle to/from Queens/Blaisdell. PARKING: West Oahu campus: Parking is $15/month. The traveler will arrange parking via the West Oahu HR department. Time-Off Request during contract term is not allowed.
