QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

* Valid and active Physician Assistant license issued by the California Physician Assistant Board (PAB)
* Minimum of 2 years of PA experience in adult primary care within the last 3 years.
* Clinical competencies must be up-to-date and validated for the specific area of assignment
* BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross (with AED)
* Must be proficient in the English Language (Speaking/Writing)
* For PAs who will be staffed in specialized areas (ER, Surgery, etc.,) require at least 2 years of recent experience and any necessary certificates
* For PAs who will be staffed at female institutions, a minimum of 1 year's recent experience in obstetric and gynecological nursing or patient care within the last 5 years is necessary.
