* 2 years, high volume intraoperative RN CVOR experience.
* CURRENT FLU VACCINE REQUIRED - NO EXEMPTIONS
* Copy of current RN license
* AHA - BLS, ACLS
* Resume
* Proof of Flu Vaccine - No Exemptions
* 2+ years of experience
