ABOUT THE CLINICIAN'S WORKDAY
The gastroenterology nurse practitioner will provide inpatient and clinic gastroenterology coverage on a day shift basis, following a 7 on/7 off schedule at this on-site facility in Rockford, Illinois. The clinician will manage adult gastroenterology patients across both inpatient and clinic settings in accordance with established clinical protocols. No call responsibilities are required for this locum tenens assignment. Documentation is completed through EPIC EMR. The clinician will work alongside a permanent GI physician and additional locum clinicians in an established practice.
