REQUIRED PROCEDURES

* Endoscopy cases (MAC)
* EGD with biopsies
* Colonoscopy with biopsies
* Combined EGD/colonoscopy
* CRNA solo cases

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Board: Board Certified in AANA (CRNA)
* Licenses: Active Michigan License or eligibility to obtain
* Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, Board Certified
* Other Qualifications: Local provider required, clean malpractice history, NPDB self-query (within 30 days)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide independent anesthesia services for endoscopy procedures.
* Administer MAC anesthesia for 10-16 cases per day.
* Manage EGD and colonoscopy procedures including biopsies.
* Work autonomously in a dedicated endoscopy center.
* Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC.
