* Specialty Backup Available: Anesthesiologists, surgical teams

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

* Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

* Credentialing Timeline: 90-120 days

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

* Administration of anesthesia for general surgical procedures (adult and pediatric)

* Anesthesia for neurosurgical cases

* Spinal anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia

* Airway management, including intubation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Board: Board Certified CRNA

* Licenses: Active Michigan license

* Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NBCRNA

* Experience: Minimum 1 year CRNA experience

* Other Qualifications: Clean background; Self-Query NPDB within one month; No employment gaps; Must have availability for either Monday or Friday each week; Minimum 32 hours per week

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures spanning adult and pediatric patients

* Provide anesthesia for neurosurgical cases, including managing neurological status pre- and post-procedure

* Perform spinal anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia as required

* Manage ventilation, monitor respiratory status, and respond to airway emergencies including intubation

* Deliver anesthesia under direct supervision in a collaborative team environment
