Flexible RN Shifts Available in Pediatric ICU!

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) in Sait Paul & Minneapolis, MN. We’re seeking a compassionate and highly skilled RN to provide specialized care to critically ill and medically complex pediatric patients. Responsibilities include continuous patient monitoring, medication administration, IV therapy, respiratory support, assessment of changes in condition, accurate documentation, and collaboration with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team. The RN will also provide education and emotional support to patients’ families while maintaining a safe, compassionate, and professional environment.

Setting/Facility Type: Pediatric hospital-based PICU providing critical and intensive care to infants, children, and adolescents with complex or life-threatening conditions.

Current, active Minnesota RN license or compact RN license
PICU/Pediatric Critical Care experience preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required
Strong pediatric assessment and critical-thinking skills
Experience with IV therapy, medication administration, and continuous patient monitoring
Ability to care for critically ill and medically complex pediatric patients
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to accurately document patient care and changes in condition
Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
Ability to work day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
