Adelphi is seeking Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide school-based services for students within a school district in Scappoose, Oregon. The Occupational Therapist will deliver services aligned with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) using a primarily consultative, classroom-based (push-in) model.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license in good standing.

• Pediatric experience required; school-based experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of IEP processes and school-based service delivery.

• Ability to provide consultative and push-in services within classrooms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide occupational therapy services aligned with student IEP goals.

• Deliver services primarily through a consultative model, not pull-out therapy.

• Provide push-in support within classrooms, assisting students in real-time learning environments.

• Collaborate with teachers, case managers, and staff to implement strategies and accommodations.

• Evaluate student needs and contribute to service planning and eligibility.

• Provide training and consultation to staff on therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reporting.

• Participate in IEP meetings and school-based team discussions.

• Ensure compliance with FERPA and all applicable regulations.

• Provide all services on-site only (no teletherapy).

• Perform other duties as assigned.
