13–18 NICU beds (private rooms, with open bay overflow)

RN Ratio: 1:1 to 1:3

Floating: Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, or Adult floors as needed (within scope; helping hands outside scope)

EMR: Epic required

Minimum 3+ years of NICU experience (Level II or III mandatory; preference for 3+ years in Level II/III)
Certifications:
Required at submission: BLS, NRP
Required prior to start: PALS, STABLE (must be willing to obtain if not already certified)
Must be flexible for both day and night shifts
