Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week contract assignment. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, the PTA will assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, gait and balance activities, and other rehabilitation treatments to improve patient function and recovery.

Responsibilities
Assist with patient treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist
Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance activities
Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes
Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and functional abilities
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Collaborate with rehabilitation and healthcare teams to support patient care

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of PTA experience required
Current Texas PTA License or Compact License required
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment
