Registered Nurse – Home Health - Travel - (HH RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2375.00 - $2521.00

Travel RN Home Health jobs in Jacksonville, FL offer a 13-week assignment with Monday through Friday 8-hour day shifts, totaling 40 hours per week. You will provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, complete 5-6 visits per day, and document using OASIS. Required qualifications include a current Florida RN license and prior home health experience. Your responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and educating patients and families.
