Registered Nurse – Post-Anesthesia Care Unit - PACU - Travel - (PACU RN)
StartDate: 11/2/2026 Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $2416.00 - $2540.00

The PACU RN position in La Jolla, CA lets you care for patients recovering from surgery in a high-functioning perioperative unit at the facility. You will assess, plan, and implement care for post-anesthesia patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe transitions and positive outcomes. Required qualifications include a current California RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least 1 year of recent RN experience. You must hold current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications from the American Heart Association. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is necessary. Recommended skills include strong interpersonal communication, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to demonstrate positive behaviors. Experience in pre-op, PACU, intensive care, or emergency department settings is preferred.
