Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) -Medsurg,Telemetry,Cath Lab RN,Step-Down,Operating Room and ER
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans
Monitor patient conditions and vital signs
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Provide post-operative care and support recovery
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care
Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols
Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Certifications: BLS /ACLS
Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Requirements
