Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Our Nurse Practitioner position serves to establish diagnoses consitent with the health of our patients. Our clinic, PK Neurology PLLC uses the data from those examinations to create and treat neurological syndromes such as Autism, Learning Disabilities, Stroke Symtpoms, and the effects of aging - Memory Loss, Dementia, Alzheimers Disease, Poor Balance and Coordination and Falling.

Initial employment will be part-time and increase to full time.

1. Current Arizona State License as Nurse Practitioner.
2. Capacity to administer a Patient History and Comprehensive Physical Examination.
