Health Professionals: NP, PA, PT

Our Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, and Physical Therapist will serve to establish diagnoses consitent with the clinical needs of our patients. These examinations are the Comprehensive Physical Exam (NP or PA) and the initial and monthly Physical Therapy exams for the PT.

Our clinic, PK Neurology PLLC uses the data from those examinations to create and treat neurological syndromes such as Autism, Learning Disabilities, Stroke Symtpoms, and the effects of aging: Memory Loss, Dementia, Alzheimers Disease, Poor Balance and Coordination and Falling.

Initial employment will start as part-time and increase to full time.
