Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department in Augusta, Georgia. The ideal candidate is confident in handling critical patients, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and is committed to delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence-based patient care.

Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations and trauma cases
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Provide patient and family education while promoting excellent patient experience

Requirements:
• Active RN License (Compact or Georgia License preferred)
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• PALS Certification
• TNCC Certification
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Additional Details:
• Night Shift: 3PM–3AM
• Every other weekend required
• Must be flexible to work varying days
• 2 on-call shifts required within an 8-week period
• Holiday rotation required
