Compensation
For Travelers / Stipend Candidates (W2)
(Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility)
Blended Hourly W2 Rate: $67.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay: $2,412.00
Taxable Hourly W2 Rate: $30.00
Weekly Taxable Gross: $1,080.00
Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,332.00
Traveler Candidates (1099)
Hourly Pay Rate: $70.00
Weekly Pay: $2,520.00
Job Description
Immediate opening for an experienced RN – ICU Float Pool at The Children's Hospital.
Skills & Experience:
Experience with tracheostomy care
High-flow oxygen therapy experience
Familiarity with infusions and advanced nursing skills
Ability to float throughout pediatric specialty units
NICU experience preferred for low-acuity feeder/grower patients
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care for critically ill pediatric patients
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately
Administer medications, IV infusions, and blood products
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate patient documentation
Delegate tasks appropriately to support staff
Additional Information:
Weekends and holidays required
Full-time travel contract
Float pool position with required floating across children’s specialty units
Strong communication and teamwork skills required

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience required
Level I Trauma experience required
Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact RN License (eNLC) required
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
Associate Degree in Nursing required
BSN preferred
