Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) experience to provide high-quality care to critically ill infants, children, and adolescents. The ideal candidate will deliver patient-centered care, monitor patient conditions, administer medications and IV therapies, assist with procedures, and collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients
• Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Administer medications, IV infusions, and blood products
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures
• Communicate care plans and hospital procedures with patients and families
• Respond promptly to emergencies and patient needs
• Coordinate referrals and delegate tasks to support staff.

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• BSN preferred/required from an accredited program
• Current Oklahoma RN License or Compact RN License (eNLC)
• BLS and PALS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical care skills
• Basic computer proficiency
