REQUIREMENTS:

* Active RN license
* Graduate of accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
* BLS required
* Previous infection prevention, employee health, or occupational health experience preferred
* Knowledge of CDC guidelines and infection control standards
* Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage employee health services and occupational health programs
* Conduct health screenings, immunizations, and exposure follow-up
* Monitor and track infectious diseases and reportable conditions
* Develop and implement infection prevention policies and protocols
* Perform surveillance and audits to ensure compliance
* Educate staff on infection control practices and safety standards
* Investigate exposures and outbreaks and recommend interventions
* Maintain accurate records and regulatory documentation
