REQUIREMENTS:

* Active RN license in the practicing state.
* Experience in ICU or critical care nursing preferred.
* Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
* BLS and ACLS required; specialty ICU certifications preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Continuously assess and monitor critically ill patients’ conditions.
* Administer medications, blood products, and life-support interventions safely.
* Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient status.
* Educate patients and families on care plans and critical care processes.
* Document care accurately and collaborate with the multidisciplinary ICU team.
