PAY RATES

Starting pay for LPN: $28.00

Nurses will earn an additional differential based on the shift and the days worked:

Weekend AM- $3.00

Weekday PM/ON- $3.00

Weekend PM/ON- $4.00

We have multiple openings for LPNs on the day (7a-3p) and evening (3p-11p), and overnight (11pm-7am) shift.

As an LPN you will:

As an LPN, you will provide nursing coverage (on a 24/7 basis) for facility on assigned shift.
You will be responsible for dispensing physician ordered medication; performing assessments; responding to emergency situations. Responsible for communicating concerns with medical provider/Director of Nursing/Administration.
Qualifications for LPN:

Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Good standing with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation
