Physician Services Group is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide behavioral health services to adults and geriatric patients in skilled nursing, rehabilitation and long-term care settings. The PMHNP will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage behavioral health diagnoses and medications, complete follow-up visits and collaborate with facility staff and the broader clinical team. The position offers a consistent daytime schedule and an opportunity to work with a medically and behaviorally complex patient population.

Active state APRN license and PMHNP board certification required. Psychiatric prescribing experience strongly preferred. Experience working with adult, geriatric, skilled nursing, long-term care or post-acute populations preferred.

Years Experience: 1+ Year for Greenville if you want experienced candidates; Any for Cheraw/Spartanburg if you need a wider funnel.
