RN- Nurse Educator

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to lead consortium-wide clinical education, competency development, and professional training programs across Southeast Alaska. The role involves designing, teaching, and evaluating training programs, coordinating certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC, supporting simulation-based education, and overseeing the consortium’s trauma registrar program and trauma designation requirements. The position also provides career development resources, collaborates with nursing leaders, supports clinical educators, and supervises the trauma registrar program.

Candidates must have a nursing degree, active RN license, 5 years of professional nursing experience including 2 years as a specialty RN, 3 years of clinical instructor experience, and 2 years of supervisory experience. Emergency/Trauma, ICU, OB, OR, or rural healthcare experience is preferred.
