* Must hold and maintain Wisconsin LPN license.
* Current CPR/BLS certification required.
* 1+ years of related work experience preferred.
* Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Administer medications to residents while following the 5 Rights.
* Report any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to Director of Nursing and Administrator.
* Report any change in condition to the charge nurse.
* Assist CNAs with answering call lights and other responsibilities.
* Update physicians, family members, etc. of change in condition as needed.
* Perform other duties as requested.
