REQUIREMENTS:

* Valid and active Registered Nurse State license.
* BLS certification.
* Registry Personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times.
* Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from their employer to be considered for any assignment. Additional doses must be obtained where required by law.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Plan and implement nursing care, administer medication, and obtain specimens for testing.
* Collaborate in multidisciplinary treatment, assist with procedures, and prepare records.
* Provide ongoing patient assessments, interventions, and record progress.
* Document all nursing activities in medical records, including assessments and education.
* Ensure a safe therapeutic environment, maintain order, and supervise patient conduct.
