REQUIREMENTS:

* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
* Outpatient or primary care experience preferred
* BLS required; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS) a plus
* Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient education skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Perform patient assessments, vital signs, and screenings
* Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as ordered
* Assist providers with patient care and procedures
* Educate patients on disease prevention, self-care, and healthy lifestyle choices
* Coordinate care, referrals, and follow-ups
* Document patient care accurately in the medical record
* Maintain compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
