• Perioperative Services: 25 ORs, 11 endoscopy suites, cardiac cath lab, EP lab, TEE, IR, MRI

• Trauma Level: I

• EMR: EPIC

• Other info: CRNA will work under supervision

REQUIREMENTS:

• BC

• MI license

• BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA)
