JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Board: CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist)
* Licenses: Active Michigan RN License
* Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
* Experience: Epic EMR experience preferred; clean malpractice/license history required; local provider required
* Other Qualifications: Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days) required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Administer anesthesia for general surgical cases in adult and geriatric patients
* Monitor patients during surgical procedures
* Collaborate with supervising anesthesiologists and surgical team
* Ensure patient safety and adherence to protocols
* Document care in Epic EMR
