Job Title: Travel LPN – Long Term Care (LTC)

Pay: $44/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The LPN will work day or night shifts and support residents by administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document residents’ health status and vital signs
Assist residents with daily living activities when needed
Communicate with physicians, RNs, and healthcare team members

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Follow infection control and safety protocols

Requirements:
Active LPN/LVN license
Previous experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred
Ability to work day or night shifts
Strong patient care and communication skills
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
LPN State license or Compact license
